The manufacturing of shirts is entirely perfomed in our factory of Istanbul. Our productive organisation is fast , flexible (4-week production cycle) and able to face particularly urgent deliveries, re-assortments, variations during production and any other requests to meet Customer’s productive requirements.
The manufacturing typologies vary from classic shirt production with an industrial footprint to a handcrafted classic shirt with handmade phases
(armhole, button stitching, buttonhole sewing, side seam gussets and so on) and to a casual shirt washed and treated at special laundries’.
To meet the increasing requests of handcrafted manufacturing and tailoring details, we have organised with flexible and multipurpose machines (one-needle linear machines) and at the same time we have abandoned every kind of highly productive plants in order to let our shirts have a strong presence in handcrafted shirt production.
