Our cutting department is very organised and efficient. We have professionals such as model makers competent in the use of advanced computer programs (like CAD for modelling and for body fit gradation) and specialised cutting and fabric control personnel.
We daily manage several types of fabrics:
evening shirt fabrics
classic and seasonal fabrics for handcrafted shirts
printed and solid silk fabrics
fashion fabrics for informal shirts
winter fabrics (flannels and velvets)
jeans and jersey fabrics
Moreover our company is a customer of the best Italian and European weaving mills and uses the colour cards of their fabric collections.
Our fabric suppliers are selected on the basis of the origin of their cottons (mainly Egyptian cotton), of the cotton quality (Makò and Supima with 37mm long fibres), of their use of treatments and of colourants not toxic for the skin (according to Okotex standard 100 class 2).
Beside the manufacturing service our customers can order also full product, selecting from our shirt collections with ample choice of always updated models and fits.
